We do require a $30 deposit to hold your time. $30 deposit may be used as a credit towards your exam fee. This fee is non-refundable, if you "no call/no show" for your appointment time. If you have any questions, please call the office at 423.834.7125.

If you wish to book multiple initial appointments for family members at the same time - please call the office or schedule one appointment and leave a comment for us.

This is also for individuals that have not been seen in over 1 year.

**This service is for EXISTING MEMBERS, if you are new to the Inspire Family, please select **New Client Appointments**. An EXAM is required for all NEW MEMBERS!!!

If you are an existing client who hasn't been in 3 months, a mini-reassessment will be done at this visit. However, if it has been longer than a year since you have been seen, you will have to schedule a New Client Exam.
